Weekly Summary: Oct. 28th - Nov. 1st, 2019

Congratulations to the PHS Raider Team for their performance at the Raider this past weekend – 2^nd Place Overall Mixed Team. I hope that everyone enjoyed their weekend. This week the cadets will participate in training events like Drill and Ceremony, Uniform Inspection and Physical Fitness. The PHS JROTC Instructors are very excited to continue with your education and we are looking for ways to assist cadets that need help in JROTC or with other classes. 

Monday – Drill and Ceremony (All)

Tuesday – Class – Leadership from the Inside Out (LET 1) / Citizenship Skills (LET 2)

Wednesday – Class – Self-Awareness (LET 1) / Small Group Meetings (LET 2)

Thursday – Uniform Inspection (All)


Friday – Physical Training (All)

Note:

- Color Guard / Drill Team Training - 3:40 – 5:00 Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

- Dec. 6^th - Drill Team / Color Competition – Grady HS, Atlanta, GA

Congratulations to PHS JROTC for competing at Area 7 Raider Challenge Qualifier. I hope that everyone had a great weekend. This week the cadets will be required to learn Drill and Ceremony movements, receive uniforms and participate in physical fitness training this week. The PHS JROTC Instructors are very excited to continue with your education and we are looking for ways to assist cadets that need help in JROTC or with other classes. Last, the AJROTC battalion staff will prepare for JROTC Accreditation Program (JPA).
