I hope that everyone
had a great weekend. This week the cadets will be required to learn Drill and
Ceremony movements, Uniform Inspection and Physical Fitness training this week.
The PHS JROTC Instructors are very excited to continue with your education and
we are looking for ways to assist cadets that need help in JROTC or with other
classes. Last, the AJROTC battalion staff will prepare for JROTC Accreditation
Program (JPA).
Listed below is the schedule for the week of Oct 26th - Oct. 30th
Monday – Drill and Ceremony (All)
Essential Question: Can cadets identify the three types of
uniforms? Do cadets know the
different types stationary movements?
Tuesday – Leadership from Inside and Out (LET 1) / Drug
and Alcohol Awareness (LET 2)
Essential Question: What should a
substance abuse prevention program do? How do you say no to substances like
alcohol, tobacco, and illicit drugs? What are the 7 Army Values?
Wednesday – Stars and Stripes (LET 1) / The
Preamble (LET 2)
Essential Question: How do we honor and display the flag of the
United States? What is
the Preamble and how does it define the mission of the United States
Constitution?
Thursday – Uniform Class (ALL)
Essential Question: Do cadets know how to wear the Army uniform?
Friday – Physical Fitness (All)
Essential
Question: Do cadets know how to
choose the correct exercise program?
