Weekly Summary: Feb 01st – 05th

I hope that everyone have a great weekend. This week the cadets will begin their regular JROTC classes. They will be required to learn Drill and Ceremony movements, Uniform Inspection and Physical Fitness training this week. The PHS JROTC Instructors are very excited to continue with your education and we are looking for ways to assist cadets that need help in JROTC or with other classes. Last, the AJROTC battalion staff will prepare for JROTC Accreditation Program (JPA).

Listed below is the schedule for the week of Feb 01st – Feb 05th.


Monday – Choosing the Right Exercise for you

Tuesday – Drill and Ceremony 

Wednesday – The First Life Saving Steps

Thursday – Uniform Class

Friday – Physical Fitness

- Drill Team and Color Guard members will meet in room 603 at 3:40 (Mon, Tues. & Thur.)

Weekly Summary Jan 25th – Jan 29th

I hope that everyone have a great weekend. This week the cadets will begin their regular JROTC classes. Essential Question: Can cadets identify the three types of uniforms? Do cadets know the different types stationary movements?

Tuesday – The Components of Whole Health
Essential Question: How can JROTC cadets make good choices that affect their life – long health?

WednesdayNutrition – You Are What You Eat
Essential Question: How can JROTC cadets ensure they are getting the essential nutrients needed through what they eat?

Thursday – Uniform Class (ALL)
Essential Question: Do cadets know how to wear the Army uniform?

Friday – Physical Fitness (All)
Essential Question: Do cadets know how to choose the correct exercise program?
